John Cena Talks About His Second Chance In Hollywood

The professional wrestler turned actor has followed in similar footsteps as Dwayne Johnson as he is set to star in the upcoming Fast and Furious 9 movie.

John Cena talked with Chris Van Vliet on his Insight podcast about how he got a second chance in Hollywood. After appearing in multiple WWE, Cena said that he had done, “a lot of bad movies.”

This lead to a change in approach to the actor with cameos in multiple movies including, Trainwreck and Sisters. After fifteen years the star now has a second chance at Hollywood but admits it came with “absolute fall on your face failure.”

Due to this, he believed that his time in Hollywood was ruined but now the star is set to appear in multiple big studio projects.

Cena is due to make his appearance in the Fast and Furious Franchise.

He is also set to star as Peacemaker in the new The Suicide Squad movie as well as a spin-off series, based on his character.
