John Mayer Reaches Charts With His New Album
John Mayer has released a new album Sob Rock and has reached No. 2 on the Billboard chart and No. 1 on the Rolling Stone Album chart.
With this release Mayer now has eight studio albums.
This album comes out four years after the release of his last album, The Search for Everything.
The 43-year-old singer has made unexpected numbers on the charts and he took to his Instagram to thank his fans.
About the chart success he added:
” I don’t know what to make of still having a seat at this table. I just don’t. I only know it has everything to do with you. So thank you. For inhabiting the space inside the music I’ve made”
