Jonathan Majors Cast In ‘Magazine Dreams’

Jonathan Majors is to star in the upcoming bodybuilding drama, Magazine Dreams.

Deadline reports that Elijah Bynum is penning the script for the feature, which he will also direct. Jennifer Fox and Dan Gilroy are attached to produce.

The film follows an amateur bodybuilder who struggles to make human connections in a journey of celebrity and violence.

Majors made his on-screen debut in 2017 on ABC’s When We Rise. He gained notoriety after starring in The Last Black Man in San Francisco. His last featured in HBO’s Lovecraft Country and Disney’

Loki.

Currently, he is set to star in The Harder They Fall, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and Devotion.

Magazine Dreams begins production in May 2022.
