Jussie Smollett Charged With Filing A False Police Report

Jussie Smollett has been charged with allegedly filing a false police report.

Ola and Abel Osundairo, the two brothers involved, gave their testimony in front of Grand Jurors.

In their testimony they told the Grand Jurors they staged the ‘attack’ — and were paid to do it.

Earlier today, survallicance footage emerged of the two brothers purchasing supplies before the incident took place with items including sunglasses, red hats, ski masks and gloves.
