Kevin Hart was sued by a woman that alleged he filmed a sexual act without prior knowledge in his hotel room in 2017.

The woman, Montia Sabbag, claimed Hart filmed the sexual encounter without her permission and alleges a friend came into the room to rig up hidden cameras.

A federal judge has kicked the lawsuit out of a Californian court saying it has been filed in the incorrect court; saying it should have been filed in a federal court and not a local civil court.

Hart apologised to his wife, Eniko Parrish, saying he was “not going to allow a person to have financial gain off of my mistakes and in this particular situation that was what was attempted. I said I’d rather fess up to my mistakes.” – he denied the allegations made by Sabbag.
