Kim Kardashian Criticised For Bashing Women’s Work Ethic

Kim Kardashian has been criticised on social media after making comments about women’s work ethic and suggesting people “no longer” want to work. 

In a recent interview with Variety, Kardashian offered her advice for other women hoping to succeed in the business industry.

“I have the best advice for women in business’, Get your f*cking ass up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days,” she said.

Across Twitter, users called out the 41-year-old reality star for her ‘tone deaf’ advice, with one user writing: “I have no doubt Kim works, but everything is easier when you have millions of dollars and an army of people working for you.”

Another user wrote: “I love when people who were born to obscenely rich, highly networked and well connected parents pontificate about importance of work.”

Other celebrities also called out Kardashian, including actress Jameela Jamil, who likened the reality stars comments to those of Molly-Mae Hague.

“I think if you grew up in Beverly Hills with super successful parents in what was simply a smaller mansion… nobody needs to hear your thoughts on success/work ethic. This same 24 hours in the day shit is a nightmare. 99.9% of the world grew up with a VERY different 24 hours,” she wrote.
