Kim Kardashian has claimed that “falling off routine” has led to weight gain.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star wrote on Instagram over the weekend, “Guys we’re doing a night workout before my dinner which I never do … but I figure we have to get into it at some point.
Sometimes we fall off and sometimes we really gotta get it together, this is one of my falling off times where I am up, I think 18 lbs up from what I was a year and a half ago, so to feel good I just need to get a really good goal weight, so that means working out at all costs.”
She uploaded another video the following morning that proved to her followers that she is off to a good start, saying, “A morning workout after a night workout is the best,”
The 39-year-old wants to reach a “goal weight” before she turns 40 next year, saying, “It’s my eating. I work out but it’s like, my eating. But Melissa and I have a major goal for by the time I’m 40.”
In the past, Kim has credited her slim physique to the Atkins diet and claims that her trainer has taught Kim about nutrition and the balance of carbs, claiming during a Harpers Bazaar interview in 2018, “My trainer Mel always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. You should also have veggies with your meals since you need them to help effectively break down and absorb your protein, fat and carbs,”
