Larry King Speaks Out About Two Of His Children Dying Within A Month

Legendary broadcaster Larry King has spoken out about the tragic passing of two of his children.

The 86-year-old was heartbroken over the sudden passing of two of his children, Chaia and Andy, in the last month.

He wrote on Facebook, “Andy passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack on July 28th, and Chaia passed on August 20th, only a short time after having been diagnosed with lung cancer. Losing them feels so out of order. No parent should have to bury a child.

My family and I thank you for your outpouring of kind sentiments and well wishes,” – In 1962, Andy was adopted by King after marrying Alene Akins, his mother. In 1969, Larry and Akins welcomed their child, Chaia.
