LeBron James Tests Positive For COVID-19

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to TMZ Sports, James tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday after using a lateral flow test. A follow-up PCR test later confirmed the diagnosis.

The NBA star will now either have to self isolate for 10 days or submit at least two negative PCR tests before he can return to the league.

Sources have also reportedly confirmed to TMZ that James, who is fully vaccinated, is currently showing no symptoms and is in good spirts.

James has previously shied away from encouraging others to get the Coronavirus vaccine.

“I don’t feel like, for me personally, that I should get involved in what other people should do for their bodies and their livelihoods,” he said.
