Lenny Kravitz Explains Why He Never Featured Nicole Kidman Engagement In His Memoir

Lenny Kravitz has shared details as to why he never mentioned his secret engagement with Nichole Kidman in his memoir.

During an interview with The Edit, Kidman explained that she knew her Big Little Lies co-star Zoe Kravitz because she was engaged to her father.

She explained, “Well, I knew Zoe because I was engaged to her father. It’s all in the family! I love Lenny; he’s a great guy,” – which has been the only mention of their engagement from Nicole‘s point of view following their split.

In a recent interview with the Daily Telegraph, Lenny opened up about why he failed to include his relationship and engagement with Nicole, saying, “At first I thought I’d write the story up to now, but as I began to write I felt they were two different books.

I didn’t want this book to be about stardom or fame, I wanted it to be about the journey I went through to find my voice. The next book will be about what happens after the first album was released and how life changed.”
