Lil Wayne Offered Financial Support To Police Officer Who Saved Him

The police officer who saved Lil Wayne’s life when he was a child has revealed that the rapper has consistently offered to support him.
Robert Hoobler (“Uncle Bob“) made the revelation in a conversation with TMZ.
Lil Wayne reportedly attempted suicide when he was 12-years-old but was saved by Bob. Now the ex-police officer says the rapper offered him financial support in 2019, following a radio show in NOLA.
In 2015 Lil Wayne supposedly made reference to Bob saving his life in the track, London Roads.
The 38-year-old recently opened up about his attempted suicide and past mental health struggles in a conversation with Emmanuel Acho. He described Bob coming to his aid and scolding other officers who disregarded him.
