Lorde Featured In New Variety Campaign
Variety have announced on their Instagram the celebrities who will be part of the Power Of Women campaign and Lorde is one of them.
This announcement comes after Lorde performed at the Global Citizen Live where she delivered a message about climate change during her Solar Power performance.
The interview which Lorde gave for Variety can be found on the magazine’s official website.
A video where the singer talks about what makes her feel empowered as a woman can be found on Variety’s Instagram.
When asked why it is important for women to support other women Lorde stated:
”The importance of women supporting women is huge . It’s women supporting Black women. It’s women supporting trans women. You really have to think about not just is there a woman in the room?”
