Madonna has unveiled the artwork for her upcoming studio album, Madame X. 

Many are shocked by the very NSFW cover, that displays breasts and two nipples, one with a rose flower pierced through instead of a piercing.

One user commented saying, “Would you want your daughter to publish this kind of herself publicly?” with another snapping, “No way Instagram will leave this here!” — surprisingly, it remains on the social media platform, typically in these situations, the Facebook-owned website takes explicit images down almost immediately.
