Man United v Arsenal, Spurs v Brentford Round Off Midweek PL Fixtures

The final games of the midweek Premier League action get underway from 7.30 pm.
Eight games have already concluded, with just two now remaining to complete matchday 14.
First up is Tottenham Hotspur who will welcome Brentford to their home ground, where they’re looking for a second consecutive league win under Antonio Conte.
After a turbulent run in the league, despite a promising start, Brentford was finally able to register a fourth league win over struggling Everton last weekend.
A win for Spurs would see them put daylight between themselves and the second half of the table, while Brentford could creep into the top ten with three points.
Over in Manchester, a somewhat steadied United will be hosting Arsenal at Old Trafford.
Having just recently secured his work permit, new boss Ralf Rangnick will have to watch his new side from the stands while current interim manager, Michael Carrick, attempts to secure a first league win against Arsenal at home since the 2017/2018 season.
A win for Arsenal, however, could see them leapfrog West Ham United and end matchday 14 in the top four.
Yesterday’s action (December 1) saw the title-chasing trio of Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool all picking up three points.
Chelsea and City both won 2-1 in hard-earned battles against Watford and Aston Villa respectively, while Liverpool cruised to a 4-1 win against Merseyside rivals Everton.
