YouTube star The Real Tarzann, real name Michael Holston, forced to wear a GPS ankle monitor in burglary and battery arrest.
He was arraigned on Friday in Miami on felony charges of burglary with battery and battery — he pleaded not guilty but the judge has ordered him to stay away from the alleged victim.
Part of his restrictions includes a GPS ankle monitor that he must wear after he was arrested earlier this month for allegedly beating up a man that turned up at his home address; Michael claims this incident was self-defence.
Brian Bieber, Michael’s attorney, says he was defending and protecting himself … the alleged victim allegedly uploaded videos threatening Tarzann — one supposedly with a rifle. The alleged social media posts have since been deleted, however, Brian claims to still have a copy that will be submitted to prosecutors.
He was released on $10,000 bond.
