Miley Cyrus Shares Her Thoughts On Festival Wardrobes

Miley Cyrus explains her summer festival wardrobe and the inspiration behind some of her iconic looks.
Cyrus made an appearance at Summerfest and Music Midtown this weekend.
Not only does Miley have indisputable talent on stage, her flair for merging vintage, haute couture, and emerging designers crowns her one of the most stylish celebrities.

On her neon suit she said:
“It was a rainy day in Atlanta, so this The Academy New York suit was perfect for bringing bright energy to a grey and drab environment and being that this look is the complete opposite of both those things.”

Cyrus posted some images posing with cars in a “creative art space in Atlanta called The William,” owned by her producer.

“It is a blank canvas meant for expression! I purposefully brought a bold colour & pattern, which coincidentally complemented his collection of cars!”
Another look featured “one-of-a-kind” faux-leather set covered in cartoon figures.

The outfit was created by “emerging artists Maxx Morando and Shane Kastl.”
“Shane used existing pieces I’ve collected over time and customized Maxx‘s cartoon characters [within] his construction. Their collaboration is the perfect example of sustainability becoming the next fashion phase, and it proves that anything can be reinvented, which resonates with me deeply.”
On her custom-made Armani Prive, Miley explained that she wanted to “serve ‘Princess of Punk’” but bring the electricity of glam rock by using makeup to rebel against the expected.”
