Nene Leakes Says Husband Gregg Is “Transitioning To The Other Side”
Real Housewives of Atlanta alumni Nene Leakes‘ husband Gregg Leakes is allegedly “loosing his battle with cancer”.
Leakes was recently recorded at her Atlanta lounge The Linnethia.
The recording, obtained by It’s OnSite showed Leakes addressing a customer that called her rude.
“My husband is transitioning to the other side” explained Leakes‘, to he customer that scolded her.
“You don’t know what we’re dealing with right now. We walked in this lounge because we had to walk in this lounge because this is our business” continued Leakes.
“So, when people approach and say, ‘You’re rude because you don’t want to say happy birthday,’ my husband is at home dying. I don’t want to say ‘Happy birthday,’ okay?”
Gregg Leakes was initially diagnosed with cancer in 2017.
Nene Leakes shared an emotional Instagram post on Sunday (29th August);
The pair have been married since 1997, divorcing for a brief time between 2011 and 2013 before remarrying.
