Netflix Removes Huge Error From ‘Squid Game’

Netflix has said that they will be editing scenes in Squid Game, which accidentally contained a real phone number.
The hugely popular series, which aired on Netflix last month recently came under fire after viewers noticed that it included a phone number belonging to a real person.
The Korean citizen, whose number appeared in the shows first episode on a business card, has been receiving thousands of calls from fans of the show as a result of the error.
Now, in a statement released to The Independent, the streaming platform has said that they will be working with the production company Siren Pictures to resolve the problem.
“Together with the production company, we are working to resolve this matter, including editing scenes with phone numbers where necessary,” Netflix said.
It’s not the only problem Netflix are having to deal with, as South Korean internet provide SK recently announced, that they would be suing the streaming giant following a massive surge in Internet traffic.
SK claim that a surge in demand is a result of people watching Squid Game.
