Obsessed Kylie Jenner Fan Arrested For Second Time

An obsessed Kylie Jenner fan has been arrested for the second time after illegally entering a neighbour’s home.

According to TMZ, the fan – named Jrue Mesgan – was allegedly found on the property of Jenner’s neighbour earlier this week. He was then identified by Jenner’s security as the same individual who approached her home a month earlier, violating a restraining order.

Police arrested Mesgan for burglary after he was found to have taken alcohol from the neighbour’s property, however, the D.A. was reportedly unsatisfied with the case.

After it was referred to the Los Angeles City Attorney, Mesgan was subsequently charged with 11 misdemeanours, including trespassing and violation of a restraining order.

The case has since been passed to the LA County Mental Health Court after his lawyer claimed he was not competent to stand trial.
