‘Pose’ Actress Mj Rodriguez Makes History At The Emmys
Mj Rodriguez, the star of Pose, made history at the Emmy awards where she was nominated for outstanding lead actress in a drama series.
The 30-year-old actress made history because she is the first transgender woman to have a nomination in a major acting category.
After finding out she was nominated , Rodriguez took to her Instagram:
”I’m still on cloud nine… I truly can’t believe it! Thank you @televisionacad I’m still gagging. I didn’t get on cam am that much cause I looked a mess!! Lord Jesus I’m #EmmyNominated”
