Rick & Kathy Hilton Sued For Unpaid Housekeeper Wages

Rick and Kathy Hilton are being sued by their housekeeper for allegedly owing thousands in unpaid wages. 

According to legal documentation, seen by unCrazed, the former employee, Isabel Gonzalez, claims the Hilton family never offered rest periods, still owe thousands in unpaid wages and lived in the home.

The unpaid wages in referring to supposed overtime hours that were never compensated in her weekly paycheque, also accusing them of failing to provide a second meal break.

Once she left the housekeeping duty for the Hilton family, she claims that her wages weren’t paid nor was an accurate accounting of money owed given to her.

She believes the total amount is over $25,000 that is owed to her but doesn’t give the overall breakdown.

Rumours that Rick and Kathy’s daughter, Paris Hilton, was also going to be named in the lawsuit were given to us, but unCrazed can positively confirm this to be untrue.
