Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed has filed a lawsuit against the ammunition company that supplied the bullets and guns used for the movie.

Reed, who was armorer on the set of Rust the day Alec Baldwin fatally shot cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, has filed a lawsuit against Seth Kenney, the man whose company supplied ammunition and weapons used on the set of the movie.

In the suit, Reed accuses Kenny of preparing dummy ammunition cartridge boxes for the film from surplus ammunition stockpiles that contained both live and dummy rounds.

Reed, also accuses Baldwin and assistant director Dave Halls of failing to schedule a cross-draw training session with her, something that Baldwin was doing when he shot Hutchins.

Reed says this is reason she was not present in the church, when Baldwin fired the gun as Halls had not notified her that the weapon was about to be used.
