Sarah Hyland Hospitalised With ‘Chest Pain’ Over Weekend

Sarah Hyland was taken into hospital over the weekend after she felt she was being “choked”.

The Modern Family actress suffers from a kidney condition that has seen her require two transplants after the first replacement kidney was rejected by her body.

Sharing the recent news about staying at the hospital over the weekend, she said, “Long story short, I went in because I was feeling like I was being choked from whatever’s in the house,”

Her four-day stay was due to Sarah experiencing “chest pains” which required monitoring by the doctor. She explained, “And then I was like, maybe it’s just a coincidence, maybe there’s something actually medically wrong with me.

So I went to the ER after a very long day of work with lots of makeup on, and I just got home, from Friday night. They ran multiple tests, multiple times, and there’s nothing physically wrong with me. So. Wonder why I was there,”

The Instagram Story that explained her condition has since been deleted due to the 24-hour upload policy in place by the social media giant, but it seemed the actress was in good spirits and made light of the situation.
