Seattle Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett Runs Routes With Colin Kaepernick
Last week Colin Kaepernick hinted that he could be ready to return to the NFL, now he’s running routes with wide receiver Tyler Lockett.
Just last week hinted that he could be ready to return to the NFL. This week, he’s running routes with Seattle Seahawks wide receiver.
Kaepernick tweeted on Sunday: “For the past 5 years I’ve been working out and staying ready in case an opportunity to play presented itself.
“I’m really grateful to my trainer, who I’ve been throwing to all this time. But man do I miss throwing to professional route runners. Who’s working?? I will pull up.”
That prompted Lockett to respond: “Let’s do it bro! Me and my brother will come run routes for you!”
The following day, that’s exactly what they did and Kaepernick went live on Instagram for fans to watch.

Kaepernick took to Twitter once again to thank Lockett and his brother. “Yessir!! That man Kap is ready!!”, wrote Lockett in response.
He echoes ESPN insider Adam Schefter who claimed that Kaepernick is ready to return to football.
