‘Sherlock’ And ‘Till Death Do Us Part’ Actress Una Stubbs Dies Aged 84

Actress Una Stubbs has passed away at the age of 84. Stubbs was famous for her roles in Till Death Do Us Part, Sherlock and Worzel Gummidge.
She made her acting debut in 1956 as a dancer in British show, Cool for Cats.
In addition to a prestigious acting career, Stubbs was also a respected artist with work exhibited at the Royal Academy in London.
“Mum passed away quietly today with her family around her, in Edinburgh.” Said a statement from her family, shared by The Guardian. “We ask for privacy and understanding at this most difficult and sad of times.”
Her agent, Rebecca Blond, said she would be remembered as: “A wickedly funny, elegant, stylish, graceful, gracious and kind and constant friend.” Adding, “We will miss her enormously and remember her always.”
Stubbs leaves behind her three children; Joe, Christian and Jason.
