Simu Liu Reveals Which Marvel Actor Gave Him Best Advice

Ahead of his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, lead actor Simu Liu reveals that Loki actor, Tom Hiddleston gave him the best advice.

This came during his interview with Variety, when he was asked how he as prepared for the role and if he has spoken to any of the MCU cast. 

This is when he recalled the time Hiddleston spoke with him at Comic Con saying, “‘You’ve got to enjoy it, you’ve got to just accept the good with all the other stuff,’” as he added that Tom said you can be anywhere and “‘people are still gonna know where you’re from.’”

Liu continued to speak on the topic saying that “there’s something really beautiful about that, but there’s also, you know… there’s just a different lifestyle that you have to grow accustomed to.”

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is set to release in theatres September 3rd in both the UK and US.
