Stephen Curry Has No Olympic Regrets

Stephen Curry does not regret not being in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

With weeks before the 2020 summer Olympics, team USA have started training in preparation for Tokyo.

The loss against the Nigerian National Team came as a shock for the players and the fans.

After another loss against Argentina, Stephen Curry’s name was mentioned because he could have been an important player in the squad.

However, the 31 year old basketball player has not shown any regret for not playing at the Tokyo Olympics.

Curry decided to not be part of the USA team because he did not want to risk any injuries.

About the decision, he said to The Athletic:

“It just wasn’t right for me. And I’m very confident in that decision. No regrets at all.”

“Obviously being here I’m playing golf, having fun with my family. And that’s a personal thing.”

Stephen wished all the players on the Team USA squad good luck and hopes they will bring a gold medal home.
