Warrant Issued For Rapper Wiley’s Arrest After He Skipped Court

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of British rapper Wiley after he failed to turn up to his court hearing on September 27. 

Wiley, whose real name is Richard Cowie, was charged with burglary and assault last month, after he allegedly broke into the kickboxer Ali Jacko’s home.

Police later confirmed that Cowie had also assaulted the boxer causing ‘minor injuries’ and damage to his property.

Now, according to Mixmag, Cowie has had an arrest warrant issued against him after he did not turn up for his scheduled court hearing in East London earlier this week.

The rapper had originally been scheduled to appear in court on September 13, but was granted an adjournment till September 17 in order to give him more time to prepare.
