Will Smith Attends ‘King Richard’ Premiere
The premiere for King Richard took place in L.A with stars such as Will Smith, Willow Smith and Serena and Venus Williams in attendance.
The Fresh Prince actor stars as Richard Williams in the upcoming biopic.
Being praised for its depiction of the Williams’ sisters journey to becoming tennis world champions – the film is set to be Oscar-bound.
“Smith could become the second black man to be Oscar-nominated for acting and producing” as reported by Variety.
The star spoke to The Hollywood Reporter on the red carpet:
