‘You’ Star, Kathryn Gallagher, Strips Off And Goes Topless For Tyler Shields Photoshoot

Kathryn Gallagher, who plays social media influencer Annika Attwater in the hit stalker-dark-comedy-thriller Netflix series You, has stripped off for a topless Tyler Shields photoshoot.

The actress, ironically now a social media influencer, took part in the shoot last week.

She said there’s “nothing I love more than playing + making stuff” with Tyler.
