Zoey 101 Star Alexa Nikolas Suing Ex-Husband Over “Years Of Sexual Grooming”

Zoey 101 star Alexa Nikolas is suing her ex-husband, Michael Milosh, over alleged sexual abuse and manipulation.

Nikolas married the Canadian electronic musician in 2012, when she was just 19. She claims the pair began communicating on MySpace when she was 16 and that their conversations quickly became sexual.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Nikolas accuses Milosh of preying “on the innocence of a minor to manipulate and coerce her into succumbing to his repeated sexual assaults”.

The damages being sought by the now 29-year-old actress are unspecified.

Nikolas states that she met Milosh in person just after she turned 18. She says that Milosh immediately began sexually assaulting her after coercing her to undress and that he refused to stop when asked.

Between 2010 and 2011, Nikolas claims that Milosh recorded them having sex. He then allegedly used the audio throughout his album Jetlag, specifically in the song Don’t Call It, in which she says she can be heard saying “no” to Milosh’s assault.

This is not the first time Nikolas has accused her former husband of sexual abuse. In March she published an open letter entitled ‘Groomed By The Groom’. In the letter she said she began speaking to Milosh when she was still a minor. She said on their first meeting, when she was 18, he coerced her into having sex despite denying consent. The pair divorced in 2019 after separating in 2016.
