Andy Dick Accused Of Sexual Battery In Uber Cab

Comedian and actor Andy Dick has been accused of sexually assaulting an Uber driver last year. 

According to reports and law enforcement sources, he was riding in the back of an Uber in April 2018 when he allegedly reached over and grabbed his crotch — according to the driver.

An arrest warrant was issued in March this year but he still hasn’t been placed into custody.

The driver filed a report to the Los Angeles County Sheriff and an investigation started to which the D.A.’s office charged Andy with misdemeanour sexual battery.

In July 2018, the Los Angeles City Attorney also charged Andy with misdemeanour sexual battery for a separate incident where he allegedly groped a stranger on the street.
