Game Of Thrones’ Jacob Anderson Cast In ‘Interview With A Vampire’

Jacob Anderson will play Louis in AMC’s television adaptation of Interview With A Vampire.

According to Deadline, the first season of the new show will consist of eight episodes.

The series is based on the book by Anne Rice, which follows the vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac as he recounts his life to a reporter. The book was adapted into a film in 1994, which starred Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise.

Anderson will star opposite Sam Reid as Lestat – his vampiric mentor.

The 31-year-old actor is best known for his role as Grey Worm in Game of Thrones, as well as appearances in the British series Doctor Who and Broadchurch.

Reid’s last on-screen appearance was in 2019’s Waiting for the Barbarians and Australian series, The Hunting.

Interview With A Vampire will arrive on AMC in 2022.
