Hazel E Reveals She Nearly Died From Plastic Surgeries

Love & Hip Hop star Hazel E has vowed to never have cosmetic surgery again after two procedures nearly turned deadly. 

The 41-year-old opened up about felling pressure to “snapback” to pre-pregnancy fitness, in an appearance on the It’s Tricky With Raquel Harper podcast.

Hazel said she initially got plastic surgery when she began appearing on the hit reality show as she felt the need to keep up appearances with her fellow co-stars.

“I’m on this TV show with all of these barbie dolls and I’m just this natural girl and maybe I need to up the ante because I am a TV star now. That pressure of being on camera was probably my initial BBL and boob job,” she said.

The procedures then continued, and it wasn’t until after Hazel gave birth to her daughter that she finally realised that the surgeries were doing more harm then good.

“I have to look in the mirror and like what I see…I tried to go the easy route and the easy route led me to two bad situations. I’m not a dummy. The next one could be my life. So, of course I’m not doing it again,” she said.
