Jason Derulo Has Physical Altercation In Las Vegas

Jason Derulo was spotted in a physical altercation on Tuesday (January 5) after reportedly being mistaken for another artist.

According to TMZ, the incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday morning at the ARIA hotel in Las Vegas. The altercation allegedly began after the 32-year-old singer passed by an individual who called him “Usher“.

Reportedly incensed by the comment, Derulo proceeded to punch the man in the face – sending him to the floor.

In a video captured by onlookers, Derulo is shown descending on an escalator while an amassed crowd can be heard asking “Why did you slap him?”

One person is then heard shouting, “Hey, Usher! F*** you, b****!”

Apparently enraged by the remark, Derulo is seen launching himself at the man, repeatedly punching him and another individual. Security is seen battling to break up the fight before police eventually arrive on the scene.

Though the two men reportedly chose not to press charges, the hotel has issued Derulo a trespassing notice and he was subsequently escorted from the premises.
