Jodie Foster Receives Lifetime Achievement Award At Cannes

Jodie Foster‘s artistry is recognised at Cannes Film Festival as she receives the honorary Palme d’Or award. 

Foster was spotted arriving at the opening ceremony for the 2021 Cannes Film Festival and is receiving a a major award.

The 58-year-old actress is being honoured with the The Lifetime Achievement Award, Palme d’Or. It is the highest prize awarded at Cannes Film Festival.

The Silence of the Lambs star is a two-time Oscar winning actress and a talented director who has been labeled a Friend of Film due to her remarkable career in the film industry.

She first attended Cannes at only 13-years-old after starring in two films in competition – Martin Scorsese‘s Taxi Driver and Alan Parker‘s Bugsy Malone.
