John Travolta Presented RuPaul’s Jade Jolie With Taylor Swift Award

John Travolta was presenting awards at last nights Video Music Award ceremony. 

He was joined by Queen Latifah on stage when he made almost landed himself in hot water by giving an award to the wrong person.

On Monday at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, Taylor Swift was due to accept an award for the Video of the Year for You Need to Calm Down when John almost gave the award to RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jade Jolie.

He almost passed the Moonman Statue to Jade, a famous Taylor Swift impersonator, but once he realised the close-call mistake, he immediately laughed over the mixup. Jade made fun of the moment, writing on Instagram, “Almost got my first award tonight thanks to @johntravolta.”
