Jussie Smollett sent text messages with one of the Nigerian brothers involved in his alleged attack, offering to provide a massage.

Chicago Police released a lot of evidence this week which included a video of Jussie with a noose around his neck.

A text conversation on January 19, 2019, between the former Empire actor and Abel Osundairo, one of the Nigerian brothers involved, started by inviting Abel to his home and offered payment for him to receive a “non-sexual massage”.

Abel allegedly responded, “I’m good with sticky fingers,” which supposedly means he would be fine with receiving a “happy ending” during the massage. Shortly after the initial conversation began, Able turned down the offer by saying he was “good on the massage.”

The released records show Jussie allegedly said in a text to Abel, “This n**** is handling life. Sucking my d*** and it’s all good and working!”

Earlier last week, a Cook County judge ordered the appointment of a special prosecutor with the intention of leading new charges against Jussie.

According to the judge, the new official may further prosecute Jussie, saying if they have “reasonable grounds to believe that any other criminal offence was committed … special prosecutor may commence the prosecution of any crime as may be suspected.”

By appointing the special prosecutor, the judge feels it’s necessary to “restore the public’s confidence in the integrity of our criminal justice system.”

Jussie performed 16 hours of community service and forfeited his $10,000 bail, but did not admit any guilt in the alleged incident from January 2019.
