Liam Neeson Reveals He “Fell In Love” With A Taken Woman

Liam Neeson reveals that he fell in love with a woman in Australia whilst filming his most recent picture, Blacklight.

The 69-year-old actor made the revelation during an interview with Sunrise hosts David Koch and Natalie Barr on Monday.

“I loved Melbourne. I loved our Australian crew, they are fantastic workers,” he said. “Every department was superb. They were their own people, do you know what I mean? They had a great sense of humour.”

He continued, “I made a couple of pals, I fell in love, but she was taken.”

Intrigued by Neeson’s confessions, Koch and Barr encouraged viewers to reach out if they had any information on the mysterious woman.

Neeson resided in Melbourne for several months in 2020 while production on his latest action picture was underway. The film, helmed by Mark Williams, was released in January of 2022.

The Schindler’s List star has remained romantically unattached since the tragic passing of his wife Natasha Richardson, who died following a fatal head injury at a Canadian ski resort in 2009.

Neeson and Richardson married in 1994 and share two sons, Micheál and Daniel.
