Liam Neeson Starring In Ireland-Based Thriller

Liam Neeson is to star in the upcoming thriller film, In The Land Of Saints And Sinners.

According to Deadline, the feature will be directed by Robert Lorenz and is reportedly set in Ireland. Ciarán Hinds will star alongside Neeson.

The script was co-written by Mark Michael McNally and Terry Loane – edited by Matthew Feitshans. Philip Lee, Markus Barmettler, Bonnie Timmermann, Geraldine Hughes and Loane will produce the film.

The story will follow a freshly retired assassin (Neeson), who finds himself drawn into a game of cat and mouse with a trio of terrorists.

Neeson is best known for his portrayal of Bryan Mills from the Taken franchise. His other significant roles include Schindler’s List, Star Wars: Episode I and Batman Begins.

Currently, Neeson is working on the production of another thriller film, Retribution. The 69-year-old also awaiting the release of two other action films, Memory and Blacklight.
