‘Maroon 5’ Mickey Madden Arrested Over Domestic Violence Allegation
Mickey Madden has been arrested on allegations of domestic violence.
The 41-year-old Maroon 5 bassist was arrested on Saturday, June 27, by law enforcement after being accused of domestic violence.
According to a report, he was arrested and charged with willfully inflicting a “traumatic” injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He is unmarried, and the identity of the alleged victim has not yet been identified.”
He was arrested for possession of cocaine in 2015, and for the recent arrest and charge, he is due to be in court on September 29 and posted $50,000 bail giving him freedom from jail until he appears in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
A representative for Maroon 5 has said in a statement, “We are deeply devastated by this disappointing news. As we learn more, we are looking at this very seriously. For now, we are allowing all of the individuals involved the space to work things through,”
