Megan Thee Stallion has opened up about her experience collaborating and performing live with K-pop sensation BTS.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 26-year-old rapper spoke about how her collaboration with BTS on a remix of their hit track Butter had come about.

“I love BTS, and I was telling my manager, ‘I really want to do a song with BTS, I don’t know what I can do or what we’re going to do. What song we are going to sing?’,” she said

Megan then revealed that it was BTS that approached her first to work on the project.

“Around that the same time, they wound up reaching out to me and asking me to do the ‘Butter’ remix. So, I was like, ‘Oh my God,’” she added.

Later in the interview, Megan shared her thoughts on performing the Butter remix live with BTS at their Permission To Dance concert in Los Angeles last November.

“Being able to perform with them, it felt so good, it was so much fun. That was one of the performances of all time for me, that was the best because I had the most fun,” she said.

Elsewhere, BTS member Jimin was recently hospitalised with appendicitis and COVID-19. You can read more about this story here.
