Melissa McCarthy has mocked Billie Eilish as she guest hosted The Ellen Show

The Ghostbusters actress has vocalised her desire to befriend the 17-year-old singer, expressing her want to tour with her.

On Thursday, she guest-hosted The Ellen Show and revealed that she has an obsession with the pop-singer, explaining, “I think every super cool 17-year-old musician needs a 48-year-old midwestern mother of two as kinda like her hype man … I wanted to prove that I do have what it takes to perform with her, so I put something together!”

Furthering, “Ellen always has the absolute best guests on her show, and recently she had one of my absolute favourites, Billie Eilish. I love her. I’m obsessed with her. In fact, if you don’t like her, get up and get out! My dream is actually to go tour with her and maybe lay down a track… I think that’s what the kids are saying now … I think we would make a great duo.

I mean, we could tour together, I would assume we would end up being best friends. Maybe get matching tattoos, I don’t know.”

The short spoof-clips are from Billie’s Bad Guy music video in which Melissa imitates a few scenes, and it’s hilarious.

Melissa may have to wait however because Billie has recently spoken about her love for Justin Bieber during an interview on Ellen’s show.

Billie was born in Los Angeles, and recently released her fourth single, Wish You Were Gay which stems from her debut album When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? another topic that Billie has spoken about during interviews about her fascination in discovering where we actually go when we fall asleep.

She is the youngest female to ever had a number one record in the UK, and the first artist born in the 2000s to have a number one album in the US.
