Scarlett Johansson Announces Her Pregnancy

Scarlett Johansson is expecting her first child with husband Colin Jost.

The Avengers star, first sparked pregnancy rumours back in June after missing out on several ‘Black Widow’ events.

Johansson taken to Zoom to carry out her promotional appearances, She also appeared virtually on ‘The Tonight Show’ to chat to Jimmy Fallon and only showed herself from the shoulders up.

Disney has thrown ‘Black Widow’ events in places such as New York, London, and Los Angeles but Johansson did not attend.

This will be Scarlett’s second child, as she and ex-husband Romain Dauriac have a daughter named Rose who is 6-years-old.

Johansson and Jost tied the knot in October of last year after three years of dating.

The two met on the set of ‘SNL’ in 2006 but weren’t officially romantically linked until 2017, when they were spotted kissing at an after party a few months after Johansson filed for divorce from Dauriac.

The two announced their engagement in 2019 and Scarlett described Colin as being “The love of my life” while appearing on ‘SNL’ in December 2019.

Jost wrote about his relationship with the ‘Lucy’ star in his 2020 memoir saying that “I’ve met someone I love. And who I feel more comfortable with than I ever have before”
