Steven Spielberg Casts Newcomer Gabriel LaBelle For Next Film

Steven Spielberg has cast some new blood into his next untitled project, in the form of Gabriel LaBelle.
Spielberg’s next film is a coming of age film, loosely based on his own childhood in Arizona.
News of LaBelle’s casting was first reported by Deadline.
Not many details are known about the new project, but some of the main characters have already been cast. Paul Dano and Michelle Williams are set to portray the parents of Gabriel LaBelle’s character, while Seth Rogen plays his uncle.
Steven Spielberg is co-writing the script with Tony Kushner and will be the second co-writer credit Spielberg has had since A.I.
Production of the film is rumoured to begin in July, with an intended 2022 release date.
