UFC Fighter Jorge Masvidal Charged With Felony Battery
UFC fighter Jorge Masvidal has been charged with felony battery of rival Colby Covington.
The alleged incident reportedly happened in Miami Beach on Monday night.
In a police report, it read that Masvidal punched Covington “with a closed fist two times in the face.”

The pair used to be good friends but their relationship is said to have broken down, turning them into heated rivals.
Covington positively identified Masvidal as his attacker, with the 37-year-old alleged to have shouted “you shouldn’t have been talking about my kids.”
Two days after the altercation occurred, Masvidal addressed what happened. “I had a mutual combatant with another athlete, and you know, I can’t say much on this,” he said.
Later that night he was taken into custody and placed under arrest.
Masvidal is currently being held on a $15,000 bond in Miami.
