Amanda Bynes Sued By Rehab Facility For Unpaid Treatment

Amanda Bynes has been sued by a rehab facility for allegedly failing to pay for some of her treatment.
According to our sources, and documents seen by unCrazed, she allegedly owes $2,467 for treatment received in January 2019 at the Creative Care Treatment Center.
Their claim is that, “Amanda Bynes, was a client at our dual diagnosis residential treatment center … She was at our facility for 2 days receiving inpatient treatment.
In the lawsuit, Creative Care say, “Our monthly residential treatment rate is 37,000, divided by 30 days is $1,233.33 per day.” — double that figure, and she has $2,467 to pay for treatment received on February 21, and February 22, 2019.
Interestingly, her mother, Lynne, is Amanda’s conservator, meaning her life decisions are made by Lynne, but the conservatorship doesn’t include financial control as in 2018, Amanda regained that power.
Amanda went back into rehab earlier this year after she relapsed during her ongoing battle with mental health and drug addition.
She is recovering, but is remaining out of the public-eye whilst she regains control of her life and mental wellbeing, according to a source.
