Prosecutors are officially charging Columbus Short following his arrest for domestic violence earlier this month.
The 39-year-old actor was arrested on Wednesday, 3rd February after cops were called to his home over an argument he had with his wife that allegedly got physical.
Now, according to TMZ, Short has been charged with two misdemeanour counts by the City Attorney one for domestic violence and one for child endangerment.
The outlet reports Short got charged with child endangerment because the incident allegedly took place in front of a child.
Additionally police say despite claiming he had been punched by his wife, Short didn’t have any marks or bruises.
However, they did notice his wife had a minor injury, which TMZ reports was scratch on her finger after Short had tried to snatch her phone.
Short was previously arrested for domestic violence back in 2018 and ended up serving 34 days in prison after pleading no contest.
