Danny Masterson Sued By Rape Accusers: Scientology Also Named

UPDATE at 17:14: A legal representative for the Church of Scientology has spoken with TMZ.com and said, “From everything we have read in the press, this baseless lawsuit will go nowhere because the claims are ludicrous and a sham.”

Danny Masterson has been sued by 4 women that are accusing him of rape. 

In the lawsuit, the women are claiming the That 70’s Show star is involved in a Church of Scientology conspiracy to cover up any allegations.

They’re claiming they have been stalked by the Church in order to silence them, with Chrissie Bixler saying when she came forward with the rape allegations, her dog suddenly died; furthering that the autopsy revealed it died from unexplained traumatic injuries.

Chrissie goes on to say that a friend of Danny’s threatened to release explicit images of her that were taken when she was underage. She also says a vehicle followed her in June, and during the alleged following, the vehicle ran her car off the road.

As part of the lawsuit, Chrissie claims she disclosed the alleged rape to an employee of the Church, and their alleged response was, “You can’t be raped by someone you are in a consensual relationship with.”

In 2017, Bobette Riales accused Danny of sexual assault, saying he drugged and sexually assaulted her during their 2002 to 2004 relationship — ever since then, she has been allegedly monitored and followed.

In response to the allegations and lawsuit, Danny has said in a statement released by Andrew Brettler — his attorney, “I’m not going to fight my ex-girlfriend in the media like she’s been baiting me to do for more than two years.

I will beat her in court and [I] look forward to it because the public will finally be able to learn the truth and see how I’ve been railroaded by this woman.

And once her lawsuit is thrown out, I intend to sue her and the others who jumped on the bandwagon for the damage they caused me and my family.”

Named in the lawsuit are Danny, David Miscavige, leader of the Church, and the Church of Scientology itself.
