Kate Beckinsale Officially Divorced From Len Wiseman

Underworld: Awakening actress Kate Beckinsale is officially a single star after her divorce finalised.

The 46-year-old was granted the official divorce and was told by the family law judge that her marriage to Len Wiseman is formally over.

Kate and Len have been married since 2004, but in 2015 Len was spotted on a date with model CJ Franco which sparked rumours of a split.

Since being married, the former couple hasn’t publicly spoken about having children, nor did they have any together, meaning no child support was required as part of their divorce proceedings — a no prenup exists.

In the legal documentation, seen by unCrazed, Kate requested that her personal effects and her jewellery remain her property, and any earnings made after the date of separation also remains hers.

All spousal support has been waived as part of an agreement between Len and Kate. Since the split, Len has kept a low relationship profile after he was spotted with CJ in 2015, but Kate was briefly dating Pete Davidson — however, her current relationship status remains a mystery.
